iQOO is expected to launch its new flagship smartphone, the iQOO 15T, in China later this month. Ahead of the official announcement, leaks and a reported China Telecom listing have revealed key details about the device, including its processor, battery, cameras, and display specifications.
According to tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the iQOO 15T may launch with a custom “Monster” edition of MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9500 chipset. The phone is also tipped to include iQOO’s self-developed Q3 gaming chip, which is designed to improve graphics performance and maintain stable frame rates during gaming sessions.
The tipster shared early gaming test results for the handset. During a 30-minute session of Genshin Impact at 60fps with extreme graphics settings, the phone reportedly achieved an average frame rate of 60.2fps in a 26-degree Celsius environment. The test also showed a 1 percent low frame rate of 57.8fps and average power consumption of 4.99W.
A separate China Telecom listing reportedly revealed additional hardware details. The listing identifies the chipset with the model number MT6993, which is believed to be the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor.
The iQOO 15T is tipped to feature a 6.82-inch OLED display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone may measure 163.37 x 76.71 x 8.25mm and weigh 216g.

In the camera section, the device is expected to include a dual rear camera setup with a 200-megapixel main sensor and a 50-megapixel secondary camera. For selfies and video calls, the handset may offer a 16-megapixel front camera.
The listing also suggests the phone could pack a large 8,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired fast charging. Wireless charging support is not expected.
The handset is likely to run Android 16 with OriginOS 6. It may launch in multiple RAM and storage variants, including 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 256GB, and 16GB + 512GB models.
According to the reported listing, the iQOO 15T could launch in China on May 20. The event is also expected to introduce the iQOO Pad 6 Pro tablet and iQOO TWS 5i earbuds.
