Vivo has launched the Vivo Y600 Turbo in China as its latest mid-range smartphone. The handset features a large 9,000mAh battery, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, and a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution.
The smartphone is available in three colour options — Dune Gold, Electric Blue, and Millennium Pink. Pre-orders have started in China, while official sales will begin on May 27.
The Vivo Y600 Turbo starts at CNY 2,299, which is roughly Rs. 32,000, for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model. The 12GB + 256GB variant is priced at CNY 2,599 (around Rs. 36,000), while the top-end 12GB + 512GB version costs CNY 2,899 (around Rs. 40,000).
The device runs on Android 16-based OriginOS 6. It features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 1,260×2,800 pixel resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Vivo says the panel can deliver up to 5,000 nits peak brightness. The display also carries SGS Low Blue Light and TÜV Rheinland Flicker-Free certifications.

The Vivo Y600 Turbo is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, paired with up to 12GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. The phone also includes an Adreno 810 GPU for graphics performance.
For photography, the handset has a dual rear camera setup. It includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, the phone carries an 8-megapixel selfie camera for video calls and selfies.
The smartphone comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. Connectivity features include 5G, NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi, GPS, USB Type-C, and OTG support. It also includes an in-display optical fingerprint scanner for security.
One of the main highlights of the Vivo Y600 Turbo is its 9,000mAh battery. The phone supports 90W wired fast charging. Vivo says the device measures 8.29mm in thickness and weighs 215 grams.
There is no official word yet on the India launch of the Vivo Y600 Turbo. More details could be announced in the coming weeks.
